PGBI took part in PHILCONSTRUCT Luzon Technoforum 2024 at SMX Convention Center Clark, Clark Pampanga, last April 4, 2024, through a hybrid seminar that spotlighted sustainable design and operations in the built environment.
Ar. Juanito Dela Rosa began the seminar proper with his talk, "Designing Outdoor Spaces with Respect to Thermal Comfort," highlighting strategies for creating comfortable, climate-responsive open spaces. Mr. Conrad Alampay then followed with his presentation entitled, "Sustainable Strategies for Building Operation and Site Documentation," where he discussed efficient operations practices and the role of documentation in long-term sustainability.
The event garnered both onsite and online participants, creating a space for professionals to exchange ideas and push forward the conversation on green building. The hybrid session encouraged interactive discussions and knowledge sharing, bridging gaps between design and operations. It also highlighted the growing interest and commitment within the industry to adopt greener, more resilient approaches in the built environment.
